The early bird catches the worm...
...from 5 August we are offering a free hour every Thursday between 8 and 10 a.m. so that you can enjoy the early hours in the Caracalla Therme and start your day feeling refreshed.
Prolong your weekend…
...in line with the many wishes expressed by our guests after the infusion promotions for the 25th anniversary of the Caracalla Spa, from 2nd August we are starting a weekly sauna evening. Every Monday from 5pm there are different infusions every half an hour. Whether with a spectacular Wenik infusion or a traditional aroma infusion, you work up a sweat here!
Tip: You can look forward to many new attractions, such as fresh fruit, tea refreshments, buckets of ice cubes and a chat sauna!

Water gymnastics
Mondays to Fridays at 11.30 am the guests of the Caracalla Spa are invited to join a 20-minute water gymnastics course free of charge. Under the guidance of an experienced therapist muscles are stretched and strengthened with exercises in the great indoor pool of the bath. The healthy thermal spring water of Baden-Baden has a supportive effect and offers resistance. The density of water is a lot higher than of air and requires an increased effort but the strain on the body is released by the lifting power of the water. Joints, tendons and the spine are conserved and additionally you train the respiratory muscles through the reciprocity of the water pressure. In contrast to many other sports, water gymnastics trains the whole body and not just parts of it.
